High School Graduation Pathways
With Graduation Pathways, students are able to individualize their graduation requirements to align to their postsecondary goals. We have partnered with various school districts to provide graduation pathway courses where students will receive an industry recognized certification.
Any student who is interested in any aspect of the medical or healthcare field
would be a great candidate for these courses.
These courses will prepare students for high wage, high skill, and in demand careers.
Pharmacy technicians fill prescriptions, place labels on bottles, speak to customers, insurance companies, and doctor’s offices about prescriptions, and handle the daily duties of running a pharmacy. A pharmacy technicians duties may vary depending on where they work and the level of education they have but, regardless of the work environment, a technician will work closely with a pharmacist to help customers get the medications they need.
Certified clinical medical assistants serve in a variety of functions that combine office operations and patient procedures. CCMA's may coordinate patient scheduling, facilitate office visits and manage patient records, including Electronic Health Records (EHR). They may also assist with exams and procedures such as EKG, phlebotomy, and laboratory procedures.
A national entry-level dental assistant is a crucial healthcare professional who assists dentists in providing oral care to patients. They help with various tasks such as preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking patient X-rays, and maintaining patient records. Dental assistants also offer support during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and provide post-treatment instructions. They play an essential role in delivering efficient and high-quality dental care to promote oral health and overall well-being.
