Through our access to additional Goodwill programs such as employment and disability services, a criminal re-entry program and services for first-time mothers, The Excel Center is able to help remove barriers to education and empower individuals to achieve their goals.

Founded in 2022, Options Schools are free, public charter schools serving grade 6-12 students in 134 school districts across the states of Indiana. Welcome to Palmetto Excel Center! We are a high school for adults over the age of 21 who seek their fully accredited South Carolina High School Diploma. As an extension of the mission of Palmetto Goodwill, we are one of 37 Excel Centers nationwide and the first located in the Southeast, and the first location within South Carolina, in the city of North Charleston (Greater Charleston Metro Area).
Our students are empowered to genuinely engage in the learning process, challenged to take ownership of their learning and motivated to reach their goals. All students will not only obtain their South Carolina Diploma but will also complete a career certification within an in-demand field to improve their immediate employability; all at no cost to the students. Whiteland Community High School is a suburban school located in Johnson County, just south of Indianapolis on US HWY 31. WCHS is a growing school with a current student population of 2100 in grades 9-12. The goal of Whiteland Community High School is that every senior graduates with either an Indiana College Core or a workforce credential. For this reason, WCHS is expanding its opportunities for students and plans on offering 50 different career pathway options starting the 24-25 school year.
Roncalli High School, a co-educational, life-preparatory high school, has a long, rich and proud heritage of Catholic education. Its tradition of service to the southside of Indianapolis extends back more than 100 years. Today Roncalli serves over 1,100 students. The majority of students are enrolled in a college preparatory curriculum but the school offers a comprehensive curriculum for students of all levels of ability. Our school is located in a residential, suburban community of Marion County (in Indianapolis) and is approximately ten miles from the center of downtown Indianapolis.

Medicap Pharmacy is a retail independent pharmacy located in Greenfield, Indiana. Our pharmacy was opened in 1997 by owner/pharmacist David Bush. Our pharmacy is unique in that we fill retail medications in bottles, but also offer other options to our customers.
A bottled synchronization program (Sync) is available for customers who would like to pick everything up at the same time each month or a compliance packaging program is available for customers who need their medications organized by time per pharmacy staff. All 3 areas of the pharmacy are staff and prescriptions filled by pharmacy technicians.
Medicap Pharmacy also offers immunizations (some administered by CPhT), medication delivery, and serves as the supervisory pharmacy for our technician staffed telepharmacy in Morristown,
Indiana.
Currently, 3 pharmacists and 8 technicians work at Medicap. 6 of our technicians are nationally certified technicians. Overall, our whole team works together to provide quality care to our customers.

The Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic, Inc. provides low cost, high quality spay and neuter surgeries and vaccines for domestic, feral cats and dogs. Our mission will reduce the unwanted pet overpopulation and promote animal health and safety to the community. By taking the lead in public education to induce responsible pet owners, we will help reduce the unwanted pet population. We have two locations, one in Noblesville and the other in Brownsburg. The clinics perform between 85-115 spay neuter surgeries daily and sees between 35-70 animals for vaccine clinic. Last year the two clinics together spayed/neutered 26,733 animals in 2022.
In 2001, 36 local veterinarians provided a solution to a critical need for accessible emergency veterinary care in Northwest Indiana (NWI) and combined forces to create Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC), formerly North Central Veterinary Emergency Center. IMPACT services are a component of Indiana's Welfare-to-Work program, a critical element of Indiana's welfare reform initiatives, which places an increasing emphasis on "work first." "Work First" means that individuals are expected to accept a job when it can be secured with their existing education and skills.
IMPACT offers much more than a job training services because it seeks to address a broad range of barriers that may inhibit individuals from seeking and maintaining employment.
From the time they apply for assistance, employment services are available and individuals are asked to begin their job search. For those not able to find a job right away, additional activities are provided after assessing the person’s strengths and needs. A case manager works with the individual to develop an individualized Self-Sufficiency Plan for employment. The plan outlines the steps required for the client to become self-sufficient.
Foster Success is a non-profit organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana, that provides support and resources to young people who are transitioning out of foster care.
