Pharmacy Technician Pathway

Pharmacy technicians fill prescriptions, place labels on bottles, speak to customers, insurance companies, and doctor’s offices about prescriptions, and handle the daily duties of running a pharmacy. A pharmacy technicians duties may vary depending on where they work and the level of education they have but, regardless of the work environment, a technician will work closely with a pharmacist to help customers get the medications they need.
