My senior year of high school I ended up pregnant with my beautiful son so I decided to leave to raise him . After he turned 3 months I learned that education is the only way I would be able to give him a better life . I enrolled in the excel center in Clarksville close to my graduation I decided to take the pharmacy tech course . It was difficult but my amazing teacher Katie made sure I was on track, she always checked on her students daily to make sure you were doing your work in a timely manner and she was always so willing to help. Not many teachers are as encouraging as Katie . With her help I was able to pass my national exam and land my first interview as a pharmacy technician. She’s an amazing teacher and I know she will help many more in the future.
